As an intern with Isla, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the organization through diverse projects. With a commitment equivalent to an entry-level position, you will receive a small monthly stipend, and a performance evaluation will occur at the end of the initial three-month probationary period.

Internship Opportunities with Isla Internships Abroad:

1. Marketing and Social Media Intern:

   - Develop and support marketing and social media strategies for Isla programs in Kosovo, Bulgaria, India, and Uganda.

   - Execute public relations and marketing campaigns, utilizing online social networking, advertising, Google Ads, and other approaches.

   - Implement tracking mechanisms like Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.

   - Support website development through content design, writing, and editing.

   - Contribute to the creation of Isla's communication and promotional materials.

2. International Program Intern:

   - Implement Isla office systems, standards, and communications supporting the internship program and organizational capacity building.

   - Assist in programmatic and logistical arrangements for Isla internship placements and U.S. faculty-led programs in Kosovo.

   - Identify and coordinate host-family or apartment placements.

3. Information Technology Intern:

   - Assist with the information technology needs of Isla.

   - Apply full-stack development skills, particularly addressing website application and database glitches, maintenance, and updates.

   - Work with JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Firebase.

   - Collaborate on designing and implementing new features for the website.
