2-12 week commitment (depending on the length of the program). Please note that it is possible to extend beyond 12 weeks, if the program permits or if there is work for you.

Minimum of a 9 week commitment

Pre-requisites that will strengthen your application:

coursework or experience in fields related to Isla program areas,

a basic understanding of international development,

volunteer or work experience which demonstrates initiative and leadership,

a genuine respect for and appreciation of cultural and socio-economic diversity.
